Astro Sphere is a challenging 2D puzzle game where you must travel into space while teleporting through different portals. You will have to guide your spherical ship that can transgress through space using your iPhone or iPod's touch screen while avoiding exiting space and suffering a horrible ending.
Where no one can hear you scream in space…
Over 50+ awesome levels!

A good puzzler with control flaws
I love these sorts of games, and Astrosphere almost hits it bang on. The only issue is the control scheme - to move your ship, you must press one of four (fairly small) arrow buttons, spaced around the edges of the screen. They're quite easy to miss, and it feels a little clumsy because of that. Simply making the hit zone for the buttons significantly larger would remedy this and make this a solid 4 stars. There does not appear to be any reason not to expand the button tap area - there are no other controls to speak of, and so the rest of the screen is wasted tap space.
A fun puzzler with great sound

This is the type of puzzle game where you need to find a path where obstacles on the screen will stop you, so you don't go flying off and lose a life. The first level are a good intro for those who have not played this kind of game before, but the difficulty starts ratcheting up from there.
There are on screen touch controls, including pause, and the game is able to save your spot. I personally like the soundtrack a lot, but it can be turned off.
Serious issues in an addictive game

This is a good time-waster, but it's seriously hampered by its sound implementation. First, the sound effects and music play over the system sounds and any iTunes music. Second, the controls on the Options screen don't work - I can't even move the sliders, which means the only way to turn off the sounds is to turn the iphone's volume all the way down. Third, there is no way to go back to a previous level without starting the game over from the beginning. And fourth, after finishing level 55 or so, it showed a screen for a new level, at which point I quit the game by pressing the Home button (as there is no other way to get out of the game, even to get to the options menu!) to do something else on my iPhone. When I started the game again, it was back at level one with no option to play the saved game! This is on a 16GB 3G iPhone with the latest OS (3.1.x). Please fix!
